To present an oral contribution authors should send an abstract (one page) in pdf format by email to compeng.2024@ino.cnr.it by May 15, 2024 May 25, 2024. Submissions in a different format or exceeding one page will be ignored. Authors will be notified of acceptance by June 10, 2024.
Authors of accepted abstracts can also prepare a full-paper version (in PDF) of their contribution (typically 3-5 pages) for possible publication in the Conference Proceedings on the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. These contributions should be sent by email to compeng.2024@ino.cnr.it by July 31, 2024.
Papers must be prepared in standard IEEE two-column format according to the IEEE template (MSWord and LaTex) available here. We suggest all authors to check the compatibility of their final manuscript with the format of IEEE Xplore by using the PDF Xpress tool (see instructions below).
IMPORTANT NOTICES
– Submission of abstract implies intention to register and present the related content at the conference.
– Only accepted papers presented at the Conference by a registered speaker can be included in the Conference proceedings.
– Due to the time limits for oral presentations, only a selected number of contributions can be accepted as talks. Oral presentations will be selected on the basis of the relevance with respect to the scope of the event, originality and quality of the technical content.
